Well.... It's possible that the 32 shareholders could make a nice profit. But as you point out, that's contingent on a lot of factors, and even the original shareholders won't have all that much control over those factors.

When a shell is sold, usually the original shareholders want out as quickly as possible. Sometimes their insider stock is registered in conjunction with the reverse merger, and they dump right away.

So I'm always wary of deals like this one. And...call me paranoid, but it sounds just a tiny touch like GVRP...

Still not up to speed here, but I'll try to get a grip over the next few days.
