But why is it cheaper, or quicker, for a pinky to let a reporting shell buy it out with stock instead of just filing the necessary paperwork itself?

Well, I saw you were busy on CMKM, but I've been on the edge of my seat waiting for you to come up with negatives. Our resident basher community had been telling us of your imminent arrival but, I have to admit, it has been a total letdown.

Is it that you couldn't find anything or are you too busy at CMKM?
