I don't follow this company that closely. Above and beyond charting, I find most DD activities about management teams to be of very limited value.

I've laid a small amount of money on IWEB for the following reasons:

Charts indicate accumulation and underlying strength.
The company has money to move its immediate business plan forward.
Their 6500 product has been verified and recommended by a visible industry magazine.
They have added what appears to be a blockbuster sales executive.
Cloud computing is a very hot sector right now and should be for the next couple years.

I know why I bought it. I know why I hold it. I know where I'll start to distribute my shares.

An old saying is that if you can't remember why you bought an issue, then you should probably sell your position.
