HELP PLEASE!

since yesterday when attempting to access raging bull i get the following:

"the page cannot be displayed...HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer"

i rebooted, cleared cache, etc...still nothing

spoke with RB team, its not a TOS thing
even when a TOS happens, one can still access the site...i cant get the site to even come up

CAN ANYONE HELP/SUGGEST SOMETHING?
