With INTC it is perfectly logical.I have said before, and I still believe it, that INTC's growth prospects lie in the wireless telecommunications and they will never find another opportunity to acquire the bundle that is IDCC.( Patents, engineering research,cash, cash flow, patents pending etc,etc,etc.)
