Janice - Early on, I thought maybe Frizzell had a clue. Now it seems that all he has is an expensive lesson in Pennystock 101.

By the way, this is my favorite part of his last missive:
Is there a shareholder among you that has audit experience that would agree to act as a monitor on a bi weekly basis? I am going to ask that our monitor be allowed to communicate directly with Mr. Beckstead so we can have some assurance that there is in fact progress on our financials.

I wonder how many attorneys would be willing to communicate with a member of the great unwashed regarding an ongoing legal case on a bi-weekly basis?

If Beckstead agrees to this lunacy, my vote is for Churak.
