You fall into that hope and belief and get too attached and find an excuse for everything, explain all the "bad" away. Heck, Ive been and may even be in one now that turns out to be a total POS, but you also have to be willing to change your mind on dime and truly take in the negatives and possible repercussions with OTC/Pinks.
