greetings all. SEABASS, i agree wholeheartedly with the last paragraph of your post, #13679, about letting the big time investors and bankers fund the company. we are the partners. i feel safer if the funding comes by way of shares distributed instead of accumulating debt. the increase of AS is part of the growing process, like children. we will be weakened initially from the growth spurt, but, we'll get stronger as we mature and build mass. i voted for approval and i respect your position. cheers.
