stated Israel were the designers of the tougher sanctions .. do remember thinking of those posts back then k then ..

:) .. c'mon don't fiddle .. i know where you are coming from, but there is not anything in
those two that says Israel designed the tougher American, or even the tougher British, sanctions ..

both those posts were good ones i thought back then .. they don't label a designer though .. :)
