(1) False. The DEQ's Review Report states "... The proposed facility will produce a synthetic crude oil-like product from waste plastics. ..." before you read the now infamous out of context phrase: "The finished product is a gel-like substance at normal room temperature ..." used in the description.

(2) False. Via an e-mail from a representative from Solid Waste Permitting and Compliance, DEQ Northwest Region, Solid Waste Program, a permit was "... not required at this time for the Plas2Fuel operations, as Plas2Fuel is not accepting solid waste but rather purchasing prepared plastic flakes. ..." That phrasing was re-interpreted for convenience. Would also note that letter also stated "... The proposed operations consist of purchasing prepared flaked plastic, processing the plastic to extract crude oil and selling the crude oil to market. ..." Agilyx's demo facility did not care to store the waste plastic and therefore has it pre-processed for which it pays for that service.

(3) False. Is not comparable-- a potential purchaser will not have any pre-op developmental expenses. Agilyx can build a comparable unit in terms of production for a comparable amount of money that JBI asserts. Until/Unless JBI actually sells a P2O system, there can be no retail/retail comparison.

(4) False. The employee numbers are comparable as JBI needs a minimum of 8 to run 24/7 if you do the manhours math and assume only 2 people will run the entire P2O operation. Their heat is recirculated. If 14 = team, 8 =?

(5) False. They have not been in existence for 10 years, nor have they sold only 15 tankers of oil.
