Deano361, SEC wrath can be disheartening

and some people need to experience it then realize what just happened.

The SEC doesn't warn investors what's going to happen, they just do it one day and shareholders are left with no options. I've experienced their useless actions more than once and have lost thousands of dollars as they try to "protect my investment". LOL.
