I completely disagree with #4.

Just kidding, there is no #4. I think "needs" in #3 is a little strong, but I do agree it is in GTE's best interest to put themselves in a position where they can at least consider more acquisitions.

Without underestimating the potential of Magic Money, I agree with your overall synopsis and my vote is yes also.
