One of the reasons I HATE Delaware - too much aggravation finding out stuff - and the reason I think the recent change over from the scammers to use Delaware.

I usually just call Delaware and ask them what the share structure is - they give that info for free over the phone. Just give them the name and/or file number and they will look it up for you. I think there used to be a place where you could ask online - I just make the call and get the info.
I spent $20 a time or two but the info ain't worth it. Just ask for the share structure - that is free.
