It's almost like they were making this stuff up all along...

Really China Gate is supposed to be proffessional company representing the client and responsible for writing up the documents and criteria for a license and all they can do on behalf of the client is one page and $507K with no royalties.

I think I see the problem China Gates Client had a newb representing them... Wang seems to have started the company in January 2008 with no experience in IP and Patent Contract and only a few months into his new career he signs a deal with Chang and then Chang only has the deal a few months before he sell it to Carl Oct 2008 .

Sometime between Jan 2008 and Oct 2008 he signs a deal with Chang at IPA supposedly before Carl meets Chang? Then Carls pays Chang and gets the license, but has pay of Wang $507 in shares that had Wang or China Gate giving up the license totally to IPA. But that changes later.

Ko-Hung Wang, a Director of the Company since inception, is currently the CEO and Executive Technology Advisor of China Gate Technology Co., a green energy technical consulting company. Mr. Wang’s responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new green energy technologies, and introducing the technologies to its clients. Mr. Wang has served in these positions since January 2008. From 2002 to 2008, he worked as a senior procurement manager at Taiwan Astra Tech Corp, on electronic passive component and he also assisted research and development of new technologies. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Wang worked in the design and purchasing department of Brunswick Inc., a purchase and design company. Mr. Wang received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from TA-Ha Technology Institute of Taiwan. Mr. Wang’s business contacts and experience will be beneficial to the Company as it seeks a reverse merger target.
