If you read the Caltech license agreement, it specifies sub licensing and royalties. I have not read anything lately on IONFINITY.

Marketing the grass would cover anything ~~~~EXCEPT SUB LICENSING~~~~ imho. In those cases, much more detail should have been given. A 1 page agreement is laughable.
