Something does not make sense here and has bugged me all along? I always thought China Gate had to get more at some point

Why would China Gate only take $507K to pay themselves and the client who supposedly is the inventor of the grass. But Chang gets to takeh is little framed Art company that by all means and calculations is only worth $3 or $4 million at best and values it $16 million. Sure he had to account for dilution Dr.K’s pay would cause, but $16 million.

So what the $507K to China Gate was just a finder’s fee? Are you sure Chang wasn’t China Gates Client? If not why would the inventor who knows of Carl and Chang consent to a deal that allow Chang to collect a huge payday for his invention?

Then Wang does not renew his contract grass director to start his own public company?

Something is not adding up here at all…….. according to your DD the inventor really gets jack squat and seems according to Carl to be okay with that. Why do the hide the inventors name?
