I thought the same thing once. What is going to be the Inventor's and China Gate's cut.....that was my question. Surely IPA/VGE doesn't get to keep ALL the BIG MONEY from GKG.

GKG is suppose to be the world's answer to oil and coal, likely worth BILLIONS, so what % does IPA owe, or will they owe? The license was only $507K, and surely more would be owed.....right?

Turns out they owe NOTHING in royalties or fees. The 2nd closing finalized the deal. Which leads me to the next question........

What incentive does anyone have to renew IPA's licensing agreement? China Gate was guaranteed a minimum 3 years, and that ended in October.

DP or another energy producer wouldn't be able to enforce a 20 year contract since IPA doesn't have specified TERMS!

THAT'S WHY THEY ONLY WANT SEEDLINGS........and in order to maintain their license, China Gate must purchase 1MM per year to retain their rights.

Some call FACTS negativity. I call it due diligence!
