I was making my assumption from the last filed S-1 on page 41

I noticed in this statement unlike previouse filed statements they do not mention animal feed at all.

So I thought maybe the description had changed because they found out China Gate didn't actually allow the Feed option in the license.

But now that I read it agian it looks as if they might just have queitly changed this statement to more acurately reflect the Fact that they do not seem to be persuing the animal feed option and thus the shareholders are in fact informed...LOL

Grass License

IPA China received its sublicense authority to obtain and grow Giant King Grass from China Gate Technology Co. Ltd., a Brunei Darussalam company ("Licensor"), in an agreement dated November 11, 2008. IPA China purchased 1.2 million seedlings under the agreement, which also provided that China Gate agreed to refer any of its future sales over small quantities (20,000 seedlings) in Guangdong province China and in North America to IPA China. China Gate also agreed to provide IPA China with technical support to assist in planting. The agreement does not provide any limitation on IPA China’s ability to grow, harvest and market the grass anywhere in the world. In addition to Giant King Grass, the license/agreement covers elephant grass and Purple King Grass. We plan on evaluating opportunities for these grasses as well. No term length was specified in the agreement. To our knowledge, China Gate has not entered into such license agreements with any other party. The agreement between China Gate and IPA China enables us to plant our seedlings in other geographic regions outside Guangdong province and North America.
