Yes .. i remember in Vietnam last visit about .. gee 5? years ago now many smoked
in one 'restaurant' we had lunch .. big place many people .. jugs of beer, lots of
chatter almost noise .. was great .. it was lunchtime and i was with engineers mainly
.. i asked, "you mean you can smoke while eating?" .. yup .. lol .. was amazed ..

India Asia China Malaysia even Greece long time ago .. still not 'educated' re the smoking bit ..

then there are addicts as me .. :) .. go easy, eh .. rotflmao! .. working on it ..
