Anyone that read through all of the filings, especially the last quarterly, should have expected another forthcoming amendment to the authorized share structure

I posted yesterday that this company would dilute to its existing 300 million share base and then would raise authorized to 1 billion. I then said they would do a R/S. I ask now, who was right?

Mr. Wowza said I knew nothing, and I was called names by others. Thing of it is guys, every pink and OTC stock is out to fleece the share holder. These stocks are trading vehicles, never buy and hold a pink crap stock. How about the guy with millions that was gonna hold to a buck, how much has he lost.

I warned about the stock going back up on low volume and got called a fool. The first sign of trouble was when this stock broke down on higher volume than it went on the day before.
