GLTY - the market will price MHYS today as though the 900m shares are already on the table. Fact of life. My bet is they ran into additional upfront operational costs they could not cover with current share structure - hence the filing. Not saying additional monies can't be made here, but this will settle in roughly 30-40% below where we are trading now, then it is game on depending on company updates etc. If updates aren't forthcoming, trips will be forthcoming. Some will average down, some will sell and buy back, some will leave and never look back, some will whine about negative posts, but the only real factor impacting this stock price is the filing.
