STS,

They are selling it and are the only one selling it. But are low on cash to best I can tell. Supposedly they will win aganist CVS and that will give them close to $1 mill cash they are owed, then they will be back on their feet, but not a done deal.

The NPHC stuff in Aug of 2010 was killer. In hindsight wish had got out at .14 which could have.
