Of course good ideas will never happen without coperation from the people who have controling interest. I say to them you have a good product but that is all you have. Sell a good portion of your stock and loan the proceeds back to the company in the form of a unsecured low interest loan. Allow the share holders to elect a board of directors and allow the board to hire a CEO. Perhaps the company will flourish and your remaining shares will be worth millions. Or perhaps mop will go broke and your shares will be worth less than they are worth now if that is possible.
As for me I just want to go to the share holder meeting and have a big plate of them gravy fries at the P&H. They are great if your colesterol is dangerously low.
