I did some reseach on MNDP. I watched this stock go from .08 to .0002 over the last two months. I decided to find out what was going on. I called investors relations of The Mundus Group (MNPD) and had an coversation lasting over an hour who I beleive was the CEO.
It turns out that there is no dilution or selling of shares of MNDP by the company whatsoever. There are no covertibles or any other known instruments that the company is connected with releasing shares of MNDP. The person I talked to believes that the only reason for the extreme drop in price was solely due to shorting.
Now think about it. We have a stock that was trading at .08 driven down to .0002 solely with phantom shares.
This seems like a precarious position for the shorters at this time as they attempt to keep MNDP at around .0002. But The Munuds Group has been around since 1992 and has never traded this low. If anyone has level 2 and can look back over the last two weeks, you will see that most of the sales at the BID have been for about .50 cent. That right. About .50 cents worth of shares, but the buys at the ASK have been in the million of shares.
This indicated accumulation by the longs and an attempt at manipulation by the shorters.
Below is some due diligence regarding MNDP:
MNDP (est. 1992) was trading at .08 a few months ago and is now .0002. I have had numerous conversations with investor’s relations and they made it absolutely clear they are not selling shares or diluting.

Mundus Group has announced ambitious expansion plans in an effort to gain a market advantage with little competition in several UAV VTOL niches.
Mundus is developing its niche technologies preconfigured in a UAV (Unmanned Air Vehicle) form and will lease / sell its vehicles with complete packages for surveillance, aerial photography, special effects and an array of robotics packages ranging from air sampling and soil sampling to magnetic resonant imaging of infrastructure and bridges.

Business Description
Mundus Group, Inc. is a diversified technology corporation with product services and sales within the Aerospace and Transportation industry sectors. Roadable Aircraft International (RAI), and Air Drone Inc. are fully owned subsidiaries of Mundus Group and are in the aerospace industry sectors since 1990. Recent acquisition, Goki Mfg is in metal manufacturing for over forty years serving the off-road sport and racing equipment sectors of the transportation industry.
