I respect your opinion; however, I do disagree. I have the choice to vote: FOR, AGAINST or ABSTAIN. My vote is FOR all the proposals the BOD recommended. The reason for my position is that I trust the management and board members. I have met most of them personally and have spent enough time with them to determine for myself that they are honest.

If I did not believe in a company or trust the management I would not be a shareholder. JMHO! GLTA!
