The thing is that most people spend what is in their checkbook and then some.

And some people don't. The authorized is the Maximum GTE can use, they cannot exceed that number.

They will be able to use shares recklessly if they are available.

If that is what you think management will do or plans to do you have the right to vote NO.

The only reason to use shares is for acquisition of companies.

From what I saw on the 1st qtr filing that could not be further from the truth. Is GTE at the point where they can pay all salaries and other expenses with cash? What about future funding? What about investors and preferred stock? GTE is not at the stage of operations where we are bringing in the kind of cash needed to use shares only for acquisitions. Even if they were, stock is needed for the above various reasons..below is a link to my OPINION, you have every right to exercise your opinion and vote....rock
