I see you were towing it with your woodie.

I had what I think was a good idea today while I was working on my Chevelle, Rick, see what you think about it:

Because I had some corrosion in the metal around and under the windshield, I removed the windshield and used my right angle pnuematic die grinder with small grinding wheels to clean up the corrosion and prepare for filler.

I used Tiger Hair on all of the holes, but still had fairly deep pits around the perimeter of the windshield socket.

I mixed regular bondo about half and half with fiberglass resin to make it brushable, added the hardener, and brushed it around the perimeter of the winshield socket with a chip brush to fill in the pits.

I barely got it finished before the material in the container started setting up, so I know it did.

Now all I have to do is sand lightly and spray on some black epoxy primer and put the winshield back in.
