I believe that subject has been debated here to an extent that I can understand why it is not being made public. The fact is that I do not see any proven information the contrary either, so it is a waiting game for right now.

Everybody has the choice to wait and see or vamoose off into the sunset to chase another pot of gold at the end of some rainbow if they do not like what they see here. This is what happens here all the time in the pink sheets, so do not expect what you would expect in the larger exchanges.

Point being that just because CGAQ does not provide what some want here, does not make it untrue, it just makes it frustrating as hell sometimes! It is what it is, so just deal with it and trade it or hold it, is what I say. Just hard to understand why others are so quick to voice to condemn without proof, but not willing to accept any possibility because of no proof! We are after all in pinkyland!
