The question as to where there is a bidding for the racetrack now
going on could be resolved instantly by CGAQ.

A press release by CGAQ included in the photobucket a copy of a
letter from Mr. Bienvenido, the commissioner that in the event The
government were to contemplate the lease of the racetrack, they
would do so in a public bidding.

All CGAQ has to do is put out a copy of the public bidding in a press
release on the Hipodromo V Centenario racetrack.

That would automatically discredit those that have made statements
to the contrary and the stock's PPs would not be where it is at.

While it may be understandable that the negotiations or actual bidding
is kept private, there has to be a public announcement for the bidders
to be able to make a bid.

That would certainly eliminate any hearsay.
