Amen. My thoughts on this company are such that I would welcome a RS and welcome the big sell-off that came after it.

Then, we could add to our adjusted balances with a newly beautiful share structure and full knowledge of forthcoming JVs and drill programs.

I have enough shares now that I wouldn't mind if they did the RS tomorrow. But maybe they should wait until the JV is signed, NAK converts the loan, then do the RS.
