here's what i would like to see, in tandem, i.e., simultaneously:

1. a big JV with a well-capitalized partner to drill BCSP.

2. a 1:10 reverse split to drain the swamp of flippers, and hand the stock over to serious investors. then we could have our run, finally, without the nonsense.

no one who plays these silly flipper games would dare pony up .23 a share, even if there was a $14M market cap for trillions in assets. could the stock achieve a $14B market cap? if we found one pebble, imo it could, easily, but the penny-flipper mentality just won't think in terms of higher price levels. they are cynical and only care about their own bottom line. the flipper is happy with a stock stuck in quicksand.

can you imagine how quickly the float would be gone with 63M shares, especially after the knee-jerk freak-out an RS would create? now, for all of those who are ready to reply with "no, a RS is never good!!" to them i say "neither is a bloated OS and a float full of shorts and creeps."
