The problem with your statement we are no citizens of the DR., they have no obligation to inform us of any project. And besides that when have you ever talked to any person that works for the goverment that knows everything that is going on its impossible because there is to much going on. I worked for Delphi when they separated from GM and we only found out a week before the separation and then we couldn't speak about it till it was announced. My point being employees don't always know but by no means am I saying that is always the case
