That is where you are wrong my friend. They have a duty and an obligation
to respond. They are servants of the people. Unless perhaps a person is not
able to get their words out properly. They also do not have an idea who is on
the other side of the line. That is what they are there for to respond to the
constituents and if they do not do their work properly, they are out of a job.

I fail to understand, why so some see it as a problem.
