I certainly agree with most of your post - settlement shares are not being sold yet, shorting could be a possibility, and a paid promo is almost a definite.

Here is another piece of the puzzle - the 3rd party promo that Liebs discussed - think about it.

Maybe 2nd Q will be too late but for that one we will have to agree to disagree. Regardless though I have purchased more at 3 and will look forward to 1st and 2nd Q of next year.
