Based on my information, 2nd Q will be way too late. Sorry!

I have to agree on one point. The people selling are not selling the settlement shares yet. However, I do FIRMLY believe they have shorted this thing all the way down and have made good money. Now I think they are in fact buying/covering the shorts.

Next, we can probably expect a 3rd party paid promo from them so they can in fact sell their settlement shares.
