AGDY Officers last Merger was THCB from BQST which went from .03 to .40!!!.

They were associated with Bioquest Technologies INC...

That company R/M'ed into THCB back in 2010 and ran from .03 to .40!!!

As of May 11, 2010, Bioquest Technologies, Inc. was acquired by Texas Hill Country Barbecue, Inc., in a reverse merger transaction.

Effective June 28, 2010, Bioquest Technologies, Inc. will change its OTCPK stock ticker symbol to THCB from BQST.


Now they own/operate Kopjaggers, Inc., a firm selling rare art online...
