"Seriously, regarding the pps and the dilution up to this point: What did you expect coming straight out of the gate and 5 months into operations? Contracts to be waiting, laying at SavWatt's footsteps? Tough lesson, cowboy up. Any small business has a couple of financing options available to cover costs, like payroll and the Wicomo building retrofit"
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of non-publicly traded Lighting/LED companies making a go of it. They are generating revenues and making sales and covering company expenses with those revenues.
SavWatt has been pushing their products since the Summer of 2010 and have yet to show any significant revenues, contracts, sales in the first 18 months of operations.

Or a private placement, such as the one advertised last week (DD Post):

Sorry to inform you but that advertisement was from June 2011...not last week. The 40 workers they were supposed to hire for the factory was actually about 8, provided by Humanim....and we now know how all of that worked out.
The $10 million in projected revenues in the first 12 months as mentioned in the article was from a May 2011 PR. How is that working our for you?? Ike has about 5 1/2 more months to prove that statement was not completely fabricated....which it was. In the May PR that statement came from he was touting SavWatt signed up 100 distributors at the Light Fair show and those distributors would purchase $10 million. Problem was SavWatt never signed up anywhere near that many distributors from the Light Fair show as can be seen in the 2 10-Q's that have been released since that article. Just another fabricated story for Ike to dilute, dilute, dilute.
That seems to be the only good thing Ike can do....DILUTION.
