Gotta feel the love of another frustrated investor, right...

.0008, Hmmm.

Strong statement, wrong, but strong: "Ike's dilution...You can't even admit to that, but I wouldn't expect it from you."

I believe I have touched on this subject (above), in fact, several times. No need to repeat that discussion.

I admit my posts are a little one sided, not all, but most. Excuse me if I have a strong opinion and believe in the company and its ability to exploit a relatively un-tapped market:

"LED, or light-emitting diodes, and compact fluorescent light bulbs are competing to take over the $100 billion market accumulated by the incandescent light bulb over more than 130 years. LED lights have no mercury, a long life and are very energy efficient, but the costs will have to come down if they are to compete with compact fluorescent." - Energy Boom

Seriously, regarding the pps and the dilution up to this point: What did you expect coming straight out of the gate and 5 months into operations? Contracts to be waiting, laying at SavWatt's footsteps? Tough lesson, cowboy up. Any small business has a couple of financing options available to cover costs, like payroll and the Wicomo building retrofit:

Debt or Equity
All small businesses must consider several factors in pursuit of raising capital. These are:
* the dilution of equity ownership,
* potential restrictions on daily operating flexibility, and
* debt-imposed constraints on future growth.

There's off-shoots to financing available to small public companies, to include:
- PIPE financing, e.g., Rodman & Renshaw
- Or a private placement, such as the one advertised last week (DD Post):

Save, give me another cash-mechanism to pay the bills, I surely will pass it along. Please.

So let me ask you, what will your opinion be when this company takes off, and the stock follows suit?
Bash? Or bashful?
