So many of us are frustrated with things because of the “unknowns”. Several of the old “regulars” even seem to be struggling with more negativity than they use to post. The attack against us really has many of us beaten down to the point where we have lost our belief in this company.

I came across something yesterday (and I won’t say who/what/where) that reinforced my belief once again. All of you know that I have never been a pumper, but rather one that takes a central position against everything known. But I have a renewed confidence that CMKX is NOT a scam, but rather in a fight as big as Enron and/or Watergate.

This conspiracy that has been going on against our company involved big hitters and huge dollars. This is NOT a game, and Urban’s “plam” continually has to be adjusted because of all the different battles on all the different fronts. While I still don’t know details of things, I do know the enemy will continue to do everything they can to win. What I hope for is that with Bob Maheu and Frizzle, we can win some of the battles and expose what is truly one of the biggest illegal games our trading system allows. But if you think we can win this battle quickly and without a fight, you really do not have a clue as to how big this is.

Sure the bashers will climb all over the mistakes Urban has made. And has he made them, you bet. But what else can the maysayers do if they don’t take these negatives and run with them. What else could they use?

I ask you to think about this.

1) Why have all the big guns minimized or stopped posting ? (Georgeburns, Sterling, Dr. D’s forums, etc.) Even the admins/mods of this and other boards have “stepped away”. While I’m sure some is due to the frustrations, it isn’t time to walk away from this stock yet. With all the ups and downs going on, the gurus aren’t posting their theories much anymore. Most just show up once in a while to “check in”.

2) Why would a crapload of bashers show up on the RB on a pennystock each and every day to flood the board with their stuff. The RB has 10 bashers for every 1 poster. CMKX is about to get revoked. Ask yourself why they have been there and why are they STILL there? Even Janice Shell still shows up regularily. Why is Lee Webb still writing about us? Why all these “players” wasting their time on a stock that is trading at .00002/.00004?

3) Why did Ameritrade, Etrade, etc, stop SELLING shares of CMKX and will still buy all you have? Why would a broker miss out on the “gap” (now 3 times the bid/ask)? That is big profits for them to make. Why won’t they still sell shares to make money? Isn’t that what they are in business to do?

4) 2 days before the Vegas shareholder party, the SEC halts us where “news” was going to be forth coming. Coincidence? I think not. IMO Urban had something he was going to share, and the SEC didn’t want (whatever it was) to be put out there.

5) Why did Bob Maheu join us and say he was going to be more vocal and put more information out to us about the company, and now he’s gone quiet too? What does CMKX know/have that STILL has to be so secret?

6) Why does everything CMKX does raise more questions than answers?

7) Why did it look like UCAD’s president didn’t want anything to do with Urban (at the hearing) and then the two of them went down to Mexico together?

8) Why if Urban wanted to scam us, does he continue to try to bring people aboard to fix the mess? He could have easily run a long time ago (like the MLON ceo) and not have to have paid Maheu / new auditor, any monies but kept them to himself?

9) Why did Judge Brenda put out her revocation announcement (which was supposed to be ruled on July 21st) 3 hours after our attorney’s submitted a very reasonable “settlement” that does satisfy everything the SEC is looking to do?

10) Why did Urban plead the 5th when I’m sure offering up something would have been a better presentation to the judge of our intent. Is revocation in the cards and something that will further our horizons?

11) How could Bob Maheu not know ANYTHING about our company (at the hearing)? What would Bob have been working on that was MORE important than knowing what is going on from an operational standpoint? Come on, really. $40,000 a month, he’s got to be working on something.

Try to look beyond that which is on the surface. CMKX is an iceberg. We can only see that which is above the water. We have no idea how big the ice is underneath.


My faith has been renewed. I will come around to check in on things. But clearly revocation is not the end, and what is going on is huge. CMKX is not a scam. Wasn’t before and STILL isn’t. I said it 19 months ago and I’ll say it again now;

All is STILL better than well. We are just driving through the detour.
