STHG - I saw the news and Cedric Atkinson doesn't have much of an internet trail.
I noticed that there was no news about Harry Drought stepping down as a director.
A few things to keep in mind about STHG.
They are a non-SEC reporting company and even worse they have stopped doing filings with the OTC.
Back during that brutal pump&dump run on the stock over the summer the CEO promised no dilution, but what has happened since then.
The authorized share count was raised to 1,500,000,000 then well over 700,000,000 shares were diluted into the market driving down the share price.
Who really knows what kind of debts that company has that could end up turning into discount free trading shares in the near future. Who knows how many shares the now former CEO has that he will be looking to dump in the future.
Cedric Atkinson could have come from any where. We all know how many penny stock connections the director of that company probably has. It is not hard to just set up a whole new scheme to try to inject life back into an abused shell. We've seen it done with lots of POS stocks using false statements, fake business operations, and all sorts of empty PR promises and lies.
All I can say is be very careful with STHG.
I personally don't trust anything about STHG. STHG is a very dirty shell. In my opinion STHG will never have business operations that bring any real shareholder value to the stock.. just smoke and mirrors.
They are a dark company for a reason. They can pretty much say anything they want in a PR - doesn't make it true. I know I sure wouldn't bet on STHG ever having any operational mining properties anywhere - ever.
I told somebody that PMed a couple of days ago that I hope investors are taking profits on STHG. With that shell's history the share price is sure to be driven back down any time it sees some upward movement. Probably a nice one to try to make money flipping maybe.
Now today they hire Dale Baeten as the IR.
Dale Baeten who has a LONG history with Dan Ryan and other criminal promoters going back to ABVG
