It would seem then, since the SEC cooperates so well with AMF, that the SEC found no grounds to go after WDRP, but AMF found grounds to go after folks in Canada using WDRP to enrich themselves.
I wonder why the SEC hasn't jumped into the fray, well...unless they found insufficient grounds to incriminate WDRP, which could be an innocent victim as well. Now, it's always possible the SEC isn't yet done investigating, but every passing day that they announce nothing, puts another nail in the coffin of the shorts.
Just my thoughts as long as some of the far-fetched speculation to the negative is allowed, why shouldn't the same be allowed of a positive nature.
