Testimony and evidence GATHERED through the investigation of the authoritie show the presence of a network that has developed a scheme to manipulate the securities of companies Wanderport, Neuro-Biotech and EGM. More precisely, they use a network of associates and brokerage accounts to deal in securities of companies whose securities are artificially manipulated to create a transactional volume. Simultaneously, the services of promoters such as IAB, Downshire Hilsbry are held to promote equities for the titles of the company with potential investors.
