Technically this is all on FINRA. Which is why I say it is silly when people say it will tank if it doesnt happen on time. It usually is not any companies fault because FINRA is dragging it's feet.

But hey if someone wants to sell I'd a FINRA delay occurs go right ahead.

Matt told me via email that FINRA has not informed him of any delays, so he believes the 18th is still the date.
