For the Nokia's contract and the subsequent arbitration, I have to say that it is the incompetence of IDCC management. The bonuses paid to management turned out to be not well earned, IMO.

The good thing is 2 members of that management team have gone and let's hope the rest learn the lesson.

imply that IDCC management incompetence was the root cause of these "costs" and indicate that they were unjustly rewarded in the process
