TRBY setting up for some sort of legal fight with the regular conventional mouse it appears or providing support that choosing another mouse over theirs could lead to legal liabilities. I am sure they want 508 purchasers to know this and are releasing the information publically so they can't deny knowing the Air02bic mouse existed, etc. Looks like the battle is about to heat up.
