Probably the main utility of the agreement for the purposes of the investor is to outline the overall profits split between MNTA and Sandoz before and after March 1, 2012.

That’s not true. Today’s agreement on the Court-ordered bond and related liabilities does not in any way change NVS-MNTA’s agreement on dividing the proceeds from sales of generic Lovenox.
