Arb costs (my estimate):

* $10M, probably much more in legal fees and costs (my estimate)
* 2 years, at least, lost time
* Stalled 2G and 3G licensing
* IPR damage to 7 of 11 of our most valuable 2G patent claims (appeal of reinstated adverse PSJs still pending in Fed. Cir. Court of Appeal)
* Remaining 2G patent claims at risk in the UK action
* 3G patents at risk in the NOK Delaware action.

These costs affect shareholders mainly. Meanwhile, management GAINED from ~$25M of bonus Grants under the NEW LTCP (charged to company profits upon vesting).
