The ask has fallen to 17.70. Amazingly, by the end of the day, we might actually be at or below where we were before the award was announced. Let's see if this makes sense:

1. Prior to the award, you had the possibility of (a) no trigger and $0 award and (b) an award below $250 million and potentially even below $150 million. Price $17.50s

2. Now, we have a trigger and a $250 million award. There is a chance that Nokia might appeal the award. But, even if they do, the standard of review is highly deferential to the arbitration panel, making it very unlikely the award will be overturned. If logic and rationality were to dictate things, it would be clear that as between (a) the chance of no award or a low award and (b) having received a $250 million award that is difficult to overturn, the latter instance would command a relatively higher price. But, that hasn't happened.
