I get that, but I take "equal" (pari passu) to mean equal in value. The conversion value of P's would make them nowhere equal in value compared to K's. I think you'd find a lot of really po'ed P holders if they tried to pull a conversion of 144 U's for 1 P. Additionally, at the rate the current prices are at, commons would end up way ahead of P's in value if P's were converted. Not exactly in rhyme with APR. I suppose it's up to interpretation though. I just don't see P's getting shafted over.
