I do get it. I've read the Series R prospectus which mentions the conversion into commons, and I'm saying if the POR treats Ks and Ps as equals, there is no way they would convert Ps to commons while paying out Ks in cash. That wouldn't be equal. So unless the new POR changes the rank between Ks and Ps, I don't see a P conversion happening.
